As one of our Lead Technician you will:

oversee our dynamic team and projects involving:
pressure washing
window cleaning
gutter cleaning
gutter guard installation
house soft washing
roof washing
deck cleaning & staining

Job Description

Supervise and mentor a team of technicians.
Manage on-site operations and ensure jobs are completed to the highest standards.
Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions.
Coordinate with the management team on project planning and customer interactions
Uphold company safety protocols and train team members.
